Refund Policy

Your full satisfaction is important. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please send an email to shop@incrediblechapters.com to receive instructions for a return and refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Orders are currently shipped within the United States only.

    Shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia coming soon!

  • Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need to send orders to multiple recipients, please place separate orders for each.

  • Gently handwash the sleep mask in mild detergent. Do not wash the sleep mask in a washing machine to prevent damage to the material and lettering.

  • Certain items, such as washi tape, sleep masks and woven friendship bracelets, are not uniform in color. They are randomly selected and hand packed into each box. As a result, color variations occur.
